PFV4000 Scatter Classifier

PFV4000 scatter classifier is used to scatter and classify extruded materials. Its main parts include shell, shell liners, diaphragm for scattering. For detailed scope of supply, please refer to general assembly drawings provided by Jiangsu Pengfei Group.

Working Principle
Material is accelerated by the fast rotating scatter plate. The material is then separated from the scatter plate by centrifugal force. It rushes to the impact plate and be crushed. The crushed material then enters the powder-selecting area. As the coarse powder moves relatively slower than fine powder, they are separated by the classifier.

Technical Documents
We supplies one general assembly drawing and one packing list of this PFV4000 classifier. After the contract is signed, the assembly drawing and its duplicate are provided to clients within one week. The other document is provided to the clients when product is delivered.
