Application
PF series flip-flow screen is a series of high efficiency equipment specialized in sieving fine or sticky materials with high moisture content in the drying process. Flip-flop screens are extensively used to classify, screen and separate materials in industrial processes of fields like mine, metallurgy, coal, building material, chemistry, etc.

Model Naming

NOTE:the inclination (α) of the screen can be produced according to specific requirements of customers. (16° ≤ α ≤ 25°)

Screening Process:
Flip-flop screen is a sieving unit that combines two motions in order to create dual vibration movement. In the screening process, the materials will be screened through the fast tensioned and de-tensioned screen mats (fast speed can help to realize the complete and quick separation of materials of different sizes).

Performance Characteristics

High availability: flip-flow screen can sieve materials with high moisture content through dry sieving. Its screening mat is made of stretchy PU, and the mesh is hard to be blocked. The mat also enjoys excellent anti-wear performance and easy replacement.

High efficiency: materials can be sieved for a long time on the screening deck; the continuously tensioned and de-tensioned screen mesh can accelerate the screening speed, so as to achieve high screening rate.

High economy: this flip-flow PU screen has remarkable energy-saving effect and high operation reliability.
