2014 work summary of project service department of Pengfei Group

We say goodbye to 2014 and warmly welcome the 2015. In the past 2014, via constant hard working, our department gain the following achievement as follows: 
A.  Main project of Pengfei in 2014 
   1. 3rd & 4th batch of delivery of 1000tpd cement clinker production line for  new cement plant (incl. fan, bucket elevator, refractory material, cable, water spraying system, boiler, burner and trolley, etc. )
  2.  Supply of complete set of 300,000tpa slag grinding line for Jiangsu Xiangxin Environment Protection Co., Ltd 
  3. Supply of complete set of 200,000tpa slag grinding line for Jiangxi Ji’an Huixin Co., Ltd  
   4. Supply of equipments for 1,000,000ton cement grinding station for Indonesia Jakarta Cement Co., Ltd 
   5. Supply of high efficient O-sepa separator and hot air furnace for Africa Kemailong
  6. Supply of 500,000ton of Georgia cement grinding station    
  7. Supply of 200tpd zinc oxide rotary kiln production line for Qinghai Xining zinc oxide project   
  8. Supply of 500,000ton grinding station for Africa Mozambique  
   9. Maintenace for slag grinding line for Xinjiang Kuche Huixin Slag Co., Ltd
B.  After-sales service project
1.  300,000tpa slag grinding line for Jiangsu Xiangxin Environment Protection Co., Ltd
2.  300,000tpa slag grinding line for Jiangsu Xiangxin Environment Protection Co., Ltd
3.  600,000tpa cement grinding station for North Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd
4.  300,000tpa slag production line for Xinjiang Kuche Huixin Slag Co., Ltd
5.  Bag filter for 5000tpd production line in Baishan, Kezuo, Zhalaite, Linfen of Shanshui Group & bucket elevator and conveying equipment for alukeerqin Shanshui cement Co., Ltd and Yulin Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd
C.  Project status
  1)new cement plant 1000tpa cement clinker production line is planed to set fire at the beginning of March
  2)300,000tpa slag grinding line is put into operation on August of 2014, it is reached the production and gained the acceptance report. 
  3) 200,000tpa slag grinding line for Jiangxi Ji’an Huixin Co., Ltd had finishing the order of main equipment, it is planned to delivery on Feb. 
  4) Brazil 600,000tpa cement grinding station for North Heavy Machinery is under erection & commissioning. 
  5) Equipment for grinding station of Jakarta cement co., ltd is under erection. 
  6) Georgia grinding station has finished the delivery of equipment on Nov. Of 2014. 
  7) Bag filter & bucket elevator, conveyor for Shanshui group has been put into operation gradually and gained the acceptance report.
