Production and demand of worldwide mining machinery is transferring to China

     

Except Chinese market, worldwide top 10 mining machinery manufacturer occupied about 85% market quota and the control power is fasten to few enterprises. The demand for the large infrastructure construction of China is a main promoting factor among this. During 2008-2009, sales quantities of mining machinery in Chinese market exceeding that of North America, become the most in the world, in 2010, total output of Chinese mining machinery in China may reach 50% of that in the world.

In England, total sales amount for lessor occupying 75% of total sales amount of English mining machinery, while it is 60% in North America and in France and Germany; they are 50% and 40%. China is far from this level, but several years later, China may achieve this level.

Each large manufacturer set up branches in China one by one and absorb their main spare part supplier to China, too. One of the barrier of Chinese mining machinery development is short of supply on high quality spare parts, now things begin to be changed.

Due to the current output of mining machinery product is enough for finishing current engineering, at present opportunity of worldwide mining machinery market spring up meanwhile it is located in a stable and conservative status. In 2009, some professor of this industry forecasted that mining machinery will face the ice-bound period as supply is oversupply and this situation will be enlarge gradually, at that time lots of mining machinery enterprises will change their developing direction one by one, some will focus on brick molding press, some will focus on construction machinery, but who knows that construction machinery declining, the industry occurs meager profit, some people forecasted that the construction machinery industry will re-shuffle.  

Professors think that, the developing trend of worldwide mining machinery in future, whether manufacturer have the capability of supplying turnkey service is increasingly important. This ability includes whether they could supply full set products and the support for purchasing, as sales of lots of machines should be implemented by loan.

    For Chinese manufacturer, how to keep the current exporting and enlarge their advantages is one of the important questions for future. In China, 3%-5% of total output of mining machinery should be exported at present, the reason is that lots of Chinese manufacturers expands their own output, but sales amount could only occupy 70% of total output, thus we need to export the oversupplied output. However, the market price of Chinese local product is low, the profit of exporting should be better. Besides of this, in European & American mature markets, the payment ability and timeliness of the customers are better.
