To further strengthen organize construction of building material machinery industry trade associations；efforts to play to positive role of industry associations “gathering strength, boost development, create special industries”；promote the county building material machinery industry sustained, rapid and healthy development；June 28, 2013 at the guidance of Hai'an county chamber of commerce and direct care and support of Hai'an county social council, nurture office of county building material machinery industry；Hai'an county building material machinery industry association successfully completed the general election, 35 member companies represented at the meeting；the meeting first made work report ​​by the president Wang Jia'an on behalf of the first council of county building material machinery industry association on “speed up transformation； seek common development； promote the scientific development of the county building material machinery industry and make further contribution”；revised articles of association of Hai'an county building materials machinery industry；Reviewed and approved association general election approaches of Hai'an county building materials machinery industry；association dues management approach of Hai'an county building material machinery industry, self-discipline convention of Hai'an county building material machinery industry and elect the second council； Wang Jia'an was elected as president； Gu Zhengyi was elected as honorary president；the three comrades Liu Yongliang, Huang Hui and Wang Yongcai were elected as vice president； appoint Wan Zaiping as secretary ；the three comrades Wu Zhiquan, Ben Daoling and Gu Mei as deputy secretary-general.
