New Leaping Across on 12th Five-year Plan

2010 Industrial Production Awards Ceremony & 2011 Economic Mobilization Conference of Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd was held in employee's club of new developed area, 1400 employees of Pengfei Group attended the meeting, responsible officers of three subsidiaries - Hai'an Building Material, Xinye Electrical, Pengfei Casting made the speech. 2010 main work was summarized, 2011 working target & key task was deployed on the conference.

The president & general manager of Pengfei Group made the speech named as <Work in unity, help one another, progress together, develop harmoniously & make efforts to implement the new leaping across on "Twelfth Five-year plan" > which reviewed & summarized the achievement of 2010, analyzed the current situation & existing problem and the working of this year was summarized as 8 further, 4 points to be improved”. 1^st. further increasing on production operation. 2^nd. further promoting on the project of new plant area. 3^rd. further improving on brand influence. 4^th. further strengthening on scientific innovating capacity. 5^th. further improving on product quality. 6^th. further strengthening on safe & civilized production. 7^th. further enlarging on complete international project. 8^th. further perfecting on living facilities. Four points to be improved: 1^st. Enterprise management is to be improved; 2^nd. Recommendation & training of high-level innovation personnel is to be improved; 3^rd. International sales team is to be improved; 4^th. enterprise culture is to be improved.

Working though of 2011 was presented in the meeting: Carry out science-based development, quicken the construction of special industrial base of national building material, breakthrough main industry & extend mineral, environmental protection, etc. relevant industries, strengthen the production management & project construction management, ensure to complete all working targets and implement better starting of twelfth five-year plant of Pengfei Group.

Key working task of 2011 is deployed in the meeting: 1^st. ensure that large part processing base is put into operation within the year; 2^nd. large-scale steel casting parts starts to construct within the year; 3^rd. comprehensive building of headquarter of the group is planed & designed within the year; 4^th. strengthen previous work of other project to make the project reserve for continuous developing of the group; 5^th. strengthen enterprise management & improve management level.
