Jia'an Wang: There are no special things. I was born in farmers' family, used to living in hard days, thus there is no special thing that I'm worried about specially.

Jia'an Wang: I'm satisfying with the current group, I love dedicated employees, for the new employees, I treat them like my own children, train them carefully and give them more forgiving.

Jia'an Wang: There is no spare time, I work everyday.
China Cement: What is the most affected book to you? And why?
Jia'an Wang: Recently, I couldn't read a book systematically and now when I have some spare time, just read some management books.

Jia'an Wang: I haven't thought about this, just tell this words to myself: to do tangible things, to do honest man.
